JavaScript Instructions
Excelservers.org choses to use the client side scripting language JavaScript to run some tasks on our website, this is not to gain information about you or your computer, it is purely so that some functions work better or look better. Please read the following to find exactly what requires JavaScript and what only recommends it.

The following features require(will not work without) JavaScript:
- The instant price calculator on the game & voice servers pages will not work in showing you a quote, you will need to click "Add to cart" to see the price, which will show in your shopping cart at the right hand side.
- The "Remember this cart" feature will not work without JavaScript.
- Discount coupons will not work without JavaScript.

We recommend JavaScript for the following features:
- Price calculator, this makes previewing our pricing scheme much easier.
- Deleting servers from your Shopping Cart.
- Control Panel login
- The "Checkout" button.
- Adding orders

So how can you activate JavaScript?
  • Mozilla Firefox v3.0.10 [View Picture of Instructions]
    1. Open Firefox
    2. Click "Tools" in the menu bar.
    3. Select "Options..." from the list.
    4. Click the "Content" tab at the top of the menu.
    5. Tick "Enable JavaScript".
    6. Restart Firefox.
  • Internet Explorer v7.0.5730.13 [View Picture of Instructions]
    1. Open IE
    2. Click "Tools" in the tab bar or menu bar.
    3. Select "Internet Options" from the list.
    4. Click the "Security" tab at the top of the menu.
    5. Select "Internet".
    6. Click the "Custom level.." button.
    7. Near the bottom there is a "Scripting" header, underneath that there is an "Active Scripting" subheader, select "Enable" or "Prompt" to activate JavaScript.
    8. Restart IE.
  • Opera v9.64 [View Picture of Instructions]
    1. Open Opera
    2. Click "Tools" in the title bar.
    3. Select "Preferences..." from the list.
    4. Click the "Advanced" tab at the top of the menu.
    5. Select the "Content" header.
    6. Tick "Enable JavaScript".
    7. Restart Opera.
